How to Revamp Your Motivation
Take a deep breath and step on the scale. Peek through your fingers covering your face and look down. Take in those horrible little numbers. Once it’s been seared into your brain, step off and throw scale at wall. Curse for approx. 5-10 seconds. Avoid scale at all costs until further notice.
